I was just talking to this girl I see almost every day.
She's good looking, but not in the sense other girls are good looking.
She's good looking in the sense that no matter what city she went to she would be found to be attractive.
Part of it is looks - but it's personality and body type.
She's got just enough of all three to make her attractive no matter where she is.
Mostly that's a rare trait as there are plenty of attractive girls in the world.
In fact, attractive girls are everywhere.
I know I see 20-30 or so every day.
You probably see that many as well. If not more. Opportunity for you single guys.
This one has a little something special though.

The place I used to work for was 'open' for business the other weekend.
Once again someone got hurt.
Actually, a lot of people got hurt.
12 calls to EMS, 2 traumas, and 2 people were ran over while resting in their tent - by a guy on an ATV who was "upset" his cooler was damaged.
How stupid can people be?
This guy is so stupid he caught a Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon charge over an ice chest.
The only door he may see is the one closing behind him - in prison.
Meanwhile, there are a lot of attractive girls at the park when it's open.
He couldn't get one of those fish in a barrel. Nope. He had to be the "angry guy" and try to kill people.
Welcome to that business.

It didn't have to be that way.
The park itself is what it is because of the demographic that goes there.
A lot (but not all) of the demographic that goes there are people who have pent up frustrations because just about everything they deem "fun" and "interesting" has been limited by the government (I'm talking about going 'mudding' and riding ATV's).
But the park - it could have been so much more. It had every opportunity to transform into something other than just the 800 acre piece of land it was, and it could have made the bulk of it's money in ways that didn't directly involve placing people in potential harm to themselves or others.
In fact, the park could have made more money with their website and social accounts than they did this past weekend being open - and no one would have been hurt.
How?
Essentially the opportunity was to turn the park into a brand and leverage that brand to make money.
Under my direction the park grew it's website traffic from 30,000 views a month to more than 300,000 a month. It was on track to average around 500,000 views. Added up that's a lot of eyeballs - and with eyeballs comes advertising fees. Businesses would have paid handsomely for the opportunity to get their products in front of this demographic.
Cars, Trucks, RV's, ATV's, drive shaft and brake manufacturers - you name it. If their business had something to do with vehicles of any kind, they would pay.
In addition, with the park being a brand and not only a destination, it would be possible to take the events national.
Staples Center in LA hosts events as a venue, but it can never become a brand that hosts events all over the nation. That's not the business they are in.
The park could have transformed by simply following a proven method provided by yet another brand doing the same thing in the industry.
This other brand I mention does events all over the nation and charges $20,000 per event. It's nothing more than a couple of guys with a camera, website, and social presence - but they pull in a lot of money with very little overhead. To the tune of $400,000 a year.
This other brand doesn't have to worry about insurance, staff, security, or something like providing adequate places to use the restroom. They simply show up and use the brand they've created to draw a crowd for the venue (btw, that's a business model that always provides opportunity).
That wasn't the only revenue stream available. There was TV, Radio, podcast, etc etc and on and on.
At the end of the day they passed on every open door and opportunity - just to remain what it is they were.
Don't do that.
When opportunity calls for a pivot, pivot.
And see how many pretty girls you spot today. You might be surprised.
