Sometimes I do.
But usually I don't.
Going to the beach with money in my pocket just doesn't make any sense.
The real wealth is "out there".
It's the ocean.
The sand.
The shells.
The wind.
The sun.
The clouds.
The rainstorm in the distance.
It's things money can't ever buy.
People with money can't really buy better access to it.
People with money can only buy more time at it.
But you too can go anytime you want. There's a beautiful place a short drive from everyone.
Mostly.
Because you have to go back to work, or get the kids back to school, or whatever else there is in life to do.
The beach is awesome.
In the same way a hurricane is.
A tornado is.
A tropical storm is.
In the way nature and acts of nature are amazing in every way.
Both beautiful and terrifying.
Beautiful and destructive.
No one wants to get swept away in the ocean.
You don't have to bring money to the beach.
The beach will provide you much more gratification than money ever could.
Just don't get swept away.
